Route 634, just off Route 10 at Chippokes Plantation State Park, Surry, Virginia. The park is located off of route 10, 1.5 miles East of Surry, and about 15 miles West of Smithfield on route 634. From the Tidewater Area: Follow route 460 West to route 10 and take the Smithfield exit. Follow route 10 West through Smithfield and continue about 15 miles towards Surry. Turn right onto Rt. 634 and proceed 4 miles to the park entrance on the left. From the Richmond Area: Follow route 10 East to Surry. Turn right at the blinking light in Surry and continue on 10 East for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto route 634 and travel 4 miles to the park entrance on the left. From the Williamsburg Area: Follow route 31 South and take the Jamestown-Scotland Ferry to Surry. Continue on route 31 South to surry and turn left onto route 10. Follow route 10 for 1.5 miles to route 634 and turn left. The park entrance will be 4 miles on the left. Click here for an interactive map with driving instructions.
