GRANDMA ROBINSON'S OLD FASHIONED SUGAR COOKIES RECIPE

• 1 cup Oleo or Margarine

• 2 Eggs

• 1 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1 cup Confectioner’s Sugar

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar

• 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 1 teaspoon Salt

• 4 cups Flour

• 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix above ingredients together and then refrigerate at least one hour. Roll into 1” balls, roll in granulated sugar and flatten. Bake 375 degree for 8-10 minute or until lightly browned. Delicious, light and fluffy!
